Ordering & General

Do I need to request a quote before ordering?

No. All standard products are calculated directly in the online store. You select the product, options, quantity, and upload your artwork. Custom requests can still be discussed, but quoting is not the default path.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimums vary by product. Apparel printing typically has no minimums; some signage and print products start at fixed quantities due to setup costs. Each product page lists its minimum clearly.

Do you offer bulk or quantity discounts?

Yes. Many products scale down in price as quantity increases. These discounts are built into the pricing you see on the product page.

Artwork & Design

Do I need to provide print-ready files?

Not strictly, but clean, high-resolution artwork produces the best results. We accept common formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI. Each product page specifies preferred formats. Print products such as business cards or flyers should use the downloadable templates provided on their product pages.

What size should my artwork be?

Use the on-page designer as a placement and sizing guide. Pricing is determined by the size of your artwork and will be automatically reflected in the designer.

Can you fix or adjust my artwork?

Minor adjustments (basic sizing, placement, or print checks) are included. More involved design work, involving cleaning up lines or redrawing, layout changes, or concept development, is offered as a design service.

Do you check files before printing?

Yes. We review files for obvious issues such as low resolution, missing elements, or incorrect orientation. We will use our expert judgement and may reach out if we feel your uploaded artwork likely doesn't reflect your vision; however, the responsibility of uploading quality artwork is up to the customer.

Apparel Printing & Embroidery

What printing methods do you use?

We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing and embroidery. Certain products can only accept one print type; however, many accept both.

What types of garments can you print on?

We offer a curated selection of blanks in the store. You may also supply your own garments (Bring-Your-Own-Blanks), provided they are suitable for the chosen method.

Are there limitations on colours or gradients?

DTF supports full colour, gradients, and fine detail. Embroidery is more limited, and we will use our expert judgement to match colours to our thread colours as closely as possible.

Will printed colours match my screen exactly?

Not exactly. Screens display colour using light (RGB); prints use ink (CMKY) or thread. We aim for close, consistent results but cannot guarantee exact colour matching without prior sampling.

Bring-Your-Own-Blank (BYOB)

Can I bring my own apparel or items?

Yes. BYOB is supported for many products. Our current selection can be seen here.

But the designer preview is different than my blank?

The designer is a visual guide only. Your blank may differ in seams, proportions, or printable area. If accuracy is critical, contact us or start a chat before ordering.

Are BYOB orders refundable if something goes wrong?

No. Because the item is customer-supplied, we cannot replace it. We will flag potential issues before production when possible. We can offer a replacement on one of our available blanks.

Printing, Signage & Large Format

What materials do you offer for signs and banners?

Options include vinyl, coroplast, foamcore, fabric, and rigid substrates. Available materials depend on the specific product.

Are outdoor prints weatherproof?

Outdoor-rated products are designed to withstand normal weather exposure. Lifespan depends on placement, UV exposure, and environmental conditions.

Laser Engraving

What materials can be laser engraved?

Common materials include wood, leatherette, acrylic, anodized metals, and coated surfaces. Natural materials may show variation.

Is engraving colour-accurate?

Engraving produces contrast, not colour. Results depend on material composition.

Do you offer laser engraving for personal objects?

Due to the destructive and permanent nature of engraving, we do not currently offer laser engraving for personal objects as a service. Leave us a message or start a chat if you do have a request; however, we are not responsible for the object.

Turnaround & Pickup

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround times are listed on each product page. Timelines begin after artwork approval.

Do you offer rush orders?

We do not currently offer rush orders to ensure timely production turnaround for all our customers

Refunds & Reprints

Do you offer refunds?

Because products are custom-made, refunds are not offered once production begins.

What if there’s a production error?

If we make a mistake (wrong item, incorrect print, or defect), we will reprint or replace the order. Contact us promptly with photos and details.
