Direct to Film

Our Process

How It Works

The best for lots of colors, small and large orders and quick turnaround, direct-to-film is one of the simplest ways to have your design printed if you're just starting out.

Step 1

Your artwork is printed onto a special PET film using a high-quality inkjet printer. This ensures vibrant colors and detailed designs, even for complex graphics and gradients.

Step 2

A fine adhesive powder is evenly spread over the printed design. This powder bonds with the ink to create a durable, flexible transfer that adheres to various fabric types.

Step 3

The film is placed on the fabric and heat-pressed at the optimal temperature and pressure. Once cooled, the film is peeled away, leaving behind a smooth, stretchable, and long-lasting print.
